Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from beautygardenusa.com within 7 days of the date you received it.
How to return
Contact us at hello@beautygardenusa.com or (818) 233 5818 before sending anything. Please include your name, order number, email address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return.

Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in new condition, in original packaging with all original tags, manuals and accessories.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.
- The return shipment must have sufficient postage, be insured and be packed in a padded envelope or box.
- Items must have been purchased on beautygardenusa.com.
Return shipping
- Return due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective item, missing item): we provide a prepaid return label and refund the original shipping fee. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Any other reason (change of mind, dislike of color, etc.): the return is at your expense. You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Returns after 7 days
Returns requested more than 7 days after receipt may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the original invoice amount.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued for the item price, excluding shipping charges (except in case of our error, see above).
Shipping damage
If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and the carrier right away.
